Our news (reporter Peng Fei) Xiamen Metro Line 6 jiaomei extension section has made new progress - Shetou vehicle base project is planned to carry out cushion cap construction at the end of this month.
Shetou vehicle base project is located near Shetou station of jiaomei extension section of Xiamen Metro Line 6, more than 1km away from Dongfu Dongpu village, Haicang. The project started in Shetou village, jiaomei Town, Zhangzhou Taiwan investment zone in November last year, with a total cost of about 1.377 billion yuan and a total construction area of 182200 square meters. It adopts the full cover development mode. The project is expected to complete the cover layer of the main building in May 2023 and June 2024.
At present, the construction site is carried out on a working surface of tens of thousands of square meters, and dozens of different types of construction machinery such as pile drivers and excavators are constructed simultaneously. It is reported that the earthwork construction of the project site has been basically completed, and 2398 bored piles have been completed, accounting for 58.1%; 477 pipe piles have been completed in the complex building, 382m of retaining wall construction has been completed, and 700m of slope support construction has been completed.
