According to yesterday’s news on the official website of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the initial public offering of Shenzhen youxuetianxia Education Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “youxuetianxia”) and review its listing on the gem.
On December 28, 2021, youxuetianxia submitted the application of Shenzhen youxuetianxia Education Development Co., Ltd. for withdrawing the application documents for initial public offering and listing on the gem to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, The sponsor submitted the application report of Sinolink Securities Co.Ltd(600109) on withdrawing the application documents of Shenzhen youxuetianxia Education Development Co., Ltd. for initial public offering and listing on the gem to Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to the relevant provisions of Article 67 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange gem stock issuance and listing review rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review of youxuetianxia’s initial public offering and listing on the gem.
Youxuetianxia is an innovative enterprise mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of intelligent interactive educational equipment. The company effectively integrates hardware, software and educational resources, mainly for students, parents and teachers in the field of k12 education, and provides them with intelligent interactive educational equipment such as special educational tablets.
The number of shares originally planned to be publicly issued by youxuetianxia shall not be less than 25.00% of the total share capital of the company after issuance, and shall not exceed 16.6667 million shares. Youxuetianxia originally planned to raise 486 million yuan for the upgrading and construction of personalized education platform based on knowledge map, the construction of artificial intelligence technology R & D center applied to education, marketing center and brand construction projects.
The sponsor of youxuetianxia’s offering is Sinolink Securities Co.Ltd(600109) , and the sponsor representatives are LV Congwei and Lin Haifeng.
