Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co.Ltd(002385) disclosed the announcement in the record form of investor relations activities. The market share target of the company is 10% in the near term, 20% in the medium and long term and 30% in the long term. The production target is to exceed 8 million tons and more than 10 million tons in 2022. The competitiveness goal is to rank first in the global competitiveness of feed in 2023. The company has cooperated with more than 130 corn seed enterprises Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co.Ltd(002385) also plans to establish joint ventures with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and COFCO to promote the full implementation of the strategy of “planting beans and entering”. After the acquisition of Zhengbang and Jiuding, the company has established absolute advantages in Southwest China and Hunan, including about 2 million tons of Zhengbang and about 1.8 million tons of Jiuding. The company has also signed an agreement with Zhengbang’s pig raising business in the southwest. In the future, Zhengbang must use the feed of the acquired assets.
