The commissioning of the lithium hexafluorophosphate project with an annual output of 6000 tons will provide a new performance growth point in 2022, which will help the company expand the production capacity of existing products and further improve the comprehensive market competitiveness and profitability. The commencement of the 134000 ton / year liquid lithium salt project has opened a new chapter in the development of the company’s lithium salt project and is an important part of the company’s strategic goal of building a comprehensive production platform for electrolyte materials products.
According to Zhang Jiangshan, Secretary of the board of directors, “recycling of high-performance lithium battery electrolyte and its by-products” is a new project of the company in 2021. The construction started in March 2021, with a total investment of 210 million yuan. The construction scale of this phase is 6000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate. After more than nine months of construction, the plant construction, equipment installation and commissioning have been completed, and the trial production conditions are available.
It is understood that the 134000 T / a liquid lithium salt industrialization project held at the commencement ceremony on the same day is a key construction project of Yongtai hi tech in 2022. The total investment of the project is about 793 million yuan, covering an area of 181.3 Mu and a total construction area of more than 110000 square meters. It is planned to build 67000 T / a liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate and 67000 T / a liquid lithium bifluorosulfimide, The total construction period of the project is expected to be about 2 years.
According to public information, Yongtai hi tech focuses on the R & D, production and sales of new energy lithium-ion battery material products. Coupled with the 6000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate newly put into operation, the company has an annual capacity of 8000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate, 900 tons of lithium difluorosulfimide and 1440 tons of lithium fluoride.
