E company news, Ginlong Technologies Co.Ltd(300763) (300763) announced on December 31 that recently, Ningbo Jimi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to jointly invest in Shanghai Xinggan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinggan semiconductor”) with Huatong Hengyue. Ningbo Jimi plans to subscribe for Xinggan semiconductor with RMB 10 million to increase the registered capital by RMB 145700. After the investment, Ningbo Jimi holds 2% equity of Xinggan semiconductor. This investment is conducive to the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary to expand semiconductor related investment business.
