Seventh, strengthen the safety guarantee ability, improve the emergency inspection, detection and quarantine plan of the base, ensure the safety of food and drug consumption, establish the epidemic situation monitoring and early warning mechanism of the base, and build a strong external defense line against the epidemic situation.
