According to the second Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation is planning the construction of global occultation weather detection constellation to achieve the acquisition of global high-precision and high temporal and spatial resolution atmospheric remote sensing data. It is reported that occultation detection is that the frequency, phase and amplitude of the signal transmitted by the navigation satellite will change after passing through the ionosphere and atmosphere. Through the inversion calculation of this change, we can obtain the information of atmospheric temperature, humidity, pressure and ionospheric electron density, so as to make up for the deficiency of traditional meteorological observation methods.
