Centre Testing International Group Co.Ltd(300012) the holding subsidiary was fined 145000 yuan for environmental violations

According to the data monitored by the “A-share green report” project, Centre Testing International Group Co.Ltd(300012) (300012. SZ) holding subsidiary Huai’an Centre Testing International Group Co.Ltd(300012) Technology Co., Ltd. was subject to administrative punishment for environmental violations. According to Item 6 of Article 112 of the law of the people’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of solid pollution, Huai’an Centre Testing International Group Co.Ltd(300012) Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 145000 yuan. The punishment information was disclosed by relevant regulatory authorities on December 10, 2021.

According to the content of the administrative punishment decision with the document No. Huai Huan [yuan] Qing Zi [2021] 90, Huai’an Centre Testing International Group Co.Ltd(300012) Technology Co., Ltd. violated item 6 of Article 112 of the law of the people’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of solid pollution.
