According to the data monitored by the “A-share green report” project, Miracle Automation Engineering Co.Ltd(002009) (002009. SZ) holding subsidiary Jiangsu Tianqi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was subject to administrative punishment for environmental violations. According to item 5 of Article 108 of the law of the people’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of air pollution, Jiangsu Tianqi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was ordered to make corrections and fined 2855500 yuan. The punishment information was disclosed by relevant regulatory authorities on November 22, 2021.

According to the content of the administrative punishment decision document No. Xihui huanzhengjue (2021) 165, the provincial department found that the grinding workshop of Jiangsu Tianqi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was closed at the end of cleaning the first workshop during production on October 13, 2021, and the supporting waste gas treatment facilities did not operate as required; On the same day, Wuxi environmental monitoring center of Jiangsu Province was entrusted to monitor the noise at the plant boundary of the party concerned. After monitoring, 5# point noise at night was 56 dB (a), exceeding the requirements of the specified emission standard (Table 1 – Category 3 of acoustic environment functional area outside the plant boundary: Night emission limit of 55 dB (a) of emission standard for industrial enterprises at plant boundary (gb12348-2008)).
The A-share green weekly report of the previous period (the 58th issue in total) shows that a total of 39 listed companies have recently exposed environmental risks, mainly in Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Among them, 17 are state-owned controlled enterprises and 7 are enterprises with a market value of 100 billion. In addition to environmental risks, in the third week of December 2021, a total of 15 projects of A-share listed companies and their subsidiaries entered the publicity status of EIA approval.
According to the semi annual report of 2021, Miracle Automation Engineering Co.Ltd(002009) is mainly engaged in intelligent equipment, automotive aftermarket, heavy industrial equipment and circular industry, accounting for 33.86%, 32.87%, 21.42% and 9.46% of revenue respectively.
