The punishment information was disclosed by relevant regulatory authorities on December 1, 2021.

There are 6 breeding greenhouses in the farm, and the main breeding facilities and pollution prevention facilities include 3 feeders, 2 dry and wet separators, 3 small fecal water collection tanks and 1 general collection tank. On June 24, 2021, when the administrative law enforcement personnel inspected the cow breeding project of Weiwei agriculture and animal husbandry technology Co., Ltd., the project was under breeding, with 1400 cows in stock. The aquaculture waste generated by the project is transported to the general collection tank in the southwest corner through the rainwater ditch in the plant area. After being treated by two dry and wet separators in the east of the general collection tank, the solid aquaculture waste is reused to pave the cattle shed, and the liquid waste is extruded by the separator and collected into the general collection tank in the southwest corner of the plant area. It was found at the site that a black plastic pipe with a diameter of about 16cm was set in the southwest corner of the farm of Weiwei agriculture and animal husbandry technology Co., Ltd., some of which were exposed outside the soil surface, and the plastic pipe was connected to the pit and pond on the west side outside the plant. The depth of aquaculture waste in the pit and pond was about 1m, and no anti-seepage measures were taken in the pit and pond. According to the investigation, the pond is built by Weiwei agriculture and animal husbandry technology Co., Ltd. It is about 150m long, 100m wide and 1.2m high. The pond is built on the ground and surrounded by soil. The black plastic pipe is about 30m long. It extends into the bottom of the pond at the southwest corner of the general collection pond in the farm for pumping water, and the other end of the pipe extends to the pond in the west of the farm, A water pump is also installed in the general collection tank to automatically lift the aquaculture waste. When the general collection tank is almost full, the water pump will automatically operate to lift the aquaculture waste to the pit and pond in the West. On June 24, 2021, Xuzhou Tongshan environmental monitoring station sampled and monitored the sewage in the pit and pond on the west side of Weiwei agriculture and animal husbandry technology Co., Ltd., and issued the monitoring report (2021) HJ (Shui) Zi No. (093) on July 1, 2021. According to table 52021-6-24-w02 of emission standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding industry (GB18596-2001), suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus exceed the standard by 4.55 times, 7.6 times, 3.5 times and 5.575 times respectively; The chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen of sample 2021-6-24-w03 exceeded the standard by 7.675 times and 3.5875 times respectively.
The A-share green weekly report of the previous period (the 58th issue in total) shows that a total of 39 listed companies have recently exposed environmental risks, mainly in Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Among them, 17 are state-owned controlled enterprises and 7 are enterprises with a market value of 100 billion. In addition to environmental risks, in the third week of December 2021, a total of 15 projects of A-share listed companies and their subsidiaries entered the publicity status of EIA approval.
The 2020 annual report shows that the main businesses of V V Food & Beverage Co.Ltd(600300) are industry, other industries, commerce and storage and transportation, accounting for 64.94%, 30.88%, 1.29% and 1.0% of the revenue respectively.
