Wuxi Shangji Automation Co.Ltd(603185) announced that Hongyuan new material, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongyuan new material, signed contracts with Zhejiang aixu, Tianjin aixu and Guangdong aixu on the sales of “monocrystalline silicon wafers”. It is estimated that 552 million monocrystalline silicon wafers will be newly sold from 2022 to 2024 (the fluctuation will not exceed 20%), and the sales amount from 2022 to 2024 is expected to be 3.599 billion yuan (including tax) and 3.185 billion yuan (excluding tax). The company previously announced that Hongyuan new material signed the silicon wafer procurement framework contract with Zhejiang aixu, Tianjin aixu and Guangdong aixu on October 25, 2021, and agreed to purchase 780 million monocrystalline silicon wafers from Hongyuan new material from November 2021 to December 2023, with a total sales amount of about 5.009 billion yuan (including tax).
