The central region has superior geographical location, moderate distance from hot economic regions and low network transmission delay. It is very suitable to build a thermal data computing center serving the central region and a temperature data service guarantee base radiating the whole country.
Third, it can support the computing power demand of temperature data in the eastern region at low cost. Compared with the eastern region, the central region has more abundant land elements and energy resources.
