On December 29, the CSRC announced the decision on Issuing warning letter for Sinolink Securities Co.Ltd(600109) on its website. After investigation, the CSRC found that the company, as the sponsor of Yangzhou Rixing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering and listing, was not diligent and responsible, and the verification of the issuer’s sales collection, internal control and other matters was insufficient. In accordance with Article 62 of the recommendation measures, the CSRC has decided to take administrative supervision and management measures for Sinolink Securities Co.Ltd(600109) by issuing warning letters.
