Anyang photovoltaic company is the project company of 100MW Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) photovoltaic power station in Duli Town, Anyang County. After the completion of this transaction, the installed capacity of new energy controlled by the company will be further improved.
According to the announcement, Anyang photovoltaic company realized a revenue of 84.4051 million yuan and a net profit of 31.1924 million yuan from January to September 2021. The company is the main operator of 100MW Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) photovoltaic power station project in Duli Town, Anyang County. The project is located in Duli Town, Anyang County, Anyang City, Henan Province, covering an area of about 5000 mu. According to the feasibility study report and the actual operation data of the project in recent years, the average annual power generation is about 120 million kwh. At present, the on grid price is 0.98 yuan / kWh In August 2020, the project entered the list of the ninth batch of renewable energy power generation subsidy projects in 2020.
Jiangsu New Energy Development Co.Ltd(603693) said that after the completion of this transaction, Anyang photovoltaic company will be included in the scope of the company’s consolidated statements, and the scale of the company’s photovoltaic power business will be further expanded, which is conducive to improving the company’s profitability, enhancing the company’s competitiveness, and developing new projects in Henan Province in the future, which is in line with the company’s strategic planning and development needs.
