Since 2021, Qingyuan Power Supply Bureau has actively built an ecological partnership with municipal government departments, and the government has made new breakthroughs in supporting power grid construction. Relying on the full support of the municipal development and Reform Bureau, local (county) governments, high-speed management departments and other units, we successfully overcome the “construction difficulties” of two 500 kV outer ring middle section projects (Qingyuan section) across Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in Dawan District, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and successfully put into operation 15 key projects such as 220 kV Huihong power transmission and transformation and Lianzhou Power Transmission and transformation. Qingyuan high tech Zone government, Qingyuan overseas Chinese Industrial Park Management Committee and Yingde Guangde Park Management Committee respectively invested in the construction of 8-Circuit, 6-circuit and 12 circuit cable duct corridors to better meet the needs of customers.
Customer managers at the municipal and county levels and relevant principals and staff of the Management Committee of Guangqing special economic cooperation zone and Qingyuan high tech Zone jointly set up a special class for power supply services to achieve full coverage of key industrial parks and regions such as Guangqing Special Economic Cooperation Zone (three parks and one city) and Qingyuan high tech Zone. New achievements have been made in the interconnection of government platforms. Open up the data exchange between the internal marketing system and the municipal engineering construction system and the real estate registration system. After the overall relocation of Rockwell fireproof and thermal insulation materials (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou to Guangqing Special Economic Cooperation Zone (Guangfo Park), the installed capacity by telegraph is 17000 KVA, and the length of the external power line is 5km. It needs to cross highways and villages, which has practical problems of difficult administrative approval and civil coordination.
Through the linkage between government and enterprises, Qingyuan Power Supply Bureau and Guangfo Park Management Committee jointly built, so that customers can achieve zero investment in power, and truly realize the “three wins”. In November 2021, the project successfully delivered power, 4 months ahead of the original plan.
In order to promote new energy access and help achieve the “double carbon” goal, during the power operation of the project, customers are guided to select photovoltaic suppliers on the South Grid online platform. The roof area of the project is 32000 square meters, the power generation capacity is 3500 kW, and the estimated annual power generation is 3.37 million kwh, equivalent to 414 tons of standard coal for energy conservation and emission reduction.

Since September 2021, the city has implemented low-voltage access for small and micro enterprises (industrial and commercial customers) of 160 KVA and below. Customers do not need to invest in transformers to realize zero cost of power. In 2021, 58 million yuan has been saved for customers. Through the implementation of the “temporary power sharing lease” service, the average power consumption time of customers is reduced by 50% and the power handling cost is reduced by more than 30%.
With the “7 major electronic channels + 2 government channels” fully launched, relying on the sharing of electronic certificates, we can “brush our face” to run electricity. Qingyuan Power Supply Bureau deepened the “party building + service” and took the Party member “Zhiyuan” service team as an important carrier. Qingyuan implements the lowest price in the mountain area of northern Guangdong among the seven price areas in the province.
