According to the announcement, in a single month in February, Zhengrong real estate, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies, accumulated contract sales of about 3.529 billion yuan, with a contract sales construction area of about 240600 square meters, and the corresponding average contract price of about 14700 yuan per square meter.
Overall, from January to February 2022, the cumulative contract sales amount of Zhengrong real estate together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates was about 11.426 billion yuan, the contracted sales construction area was about 731600 square meters, and the average contract price was about 15600 yuan per square meter.
