To this end, Wu Chengxiang suggested that in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and relevant plans, we should strengthen the financial guarantee of rural art education, explore and implement the plan to improve art education facilities, focus on rural schools with weak art education, and provide complete venues and equipment in music, dance, art and other aspects.
Wu Chengxiang believes that while making overall use of rural music, sports and beauty teachers, we should improve the top-level design at the national or provincial level, especially optimize the learning and practice assessment mechanism of college art majors, increase the assessment weight of voluntary service and practical activities at the grass-roots level, normalize and long-term guidance, and promote the pairing, teaching support and Help rural schools with weak art education, regularly organize volunteers to go deep into rural schools to carry out literary and artistic counseling, combine "sending art" with "planting art", and build a grass-roots art volunteer service team, which not only expands the teachers of rural art education, but also creates a good practical training platform for college students.
"Relevant documents should be issued to encourage local rural schools to actively develop school-based courses and improve art classroom teaching in combination with local art characteristic resources, especially formulate art classroom teaching standards, standardize teaching preparation, classroom teaching links, homework arrangement, activity organization and other aspects, and create more characteristic art classrooms."
