The new third board company Aichi star disclosed on December 28 that the company and Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) securities signed the guidance agreement on the issuance and listing of shares between Beijing Aichi Star Technology Co., Ltd. and Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) . The company has submitted to the Beijing securities regulatory bureau the guidance and filing materials for the company’s initial public offering and listing on the Beijing stock exchange.
Aichi star’s main business is system development, operation and technical services in the field of communication. The company is an innovative company listed in the National SME share transfer system for 12 months. The audited net profits attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in 2019 and 2020 (based on the lower one after deducting non recurring profits and losses) were RMB 11.4602 million and RMB 22.0589 million respectively, and the weighted average return on net assets were 23.81% and 39.81% respectively, which did not meet the financial conditions for listing on the Beijing stock exchange.
