Shouhang High-Tech Energy Co.Ltd(002665) announced on December 26 that the company signed an agreement with the people's Government of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City on new energy power generation. According to the agreement, the company will move its registered address to Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, specifically implement the technical integration and EPC general contracting business of new energy power generation projects by the legal entity in the city under the jurisdiction of Party A, and leave all taxes locally.
