Yonyou Network Technology Co.Ltd(600588) spin off its subsidiary UFIDA automobile to be listed on the science and innovation board, which was approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

Yonyou Network Technology Co.Ltd(600588) announced that the company plans to spin off its subsidiary UFIDA Automotive Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “UFIDA”) to be listed on the science and innovation board. The listing audit center of Shanghai Stock Exchange issued an announcement on March 7, 2022 that UFIDA automobile meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions and information disclosure requirements. UFIDA’s application for IPO was approved by Shanghai Stock Exchange.
