Therefore, he suggested that we should improve the system of laws and regulations and include the development of emerging industries such as intelligent networked vehicles within the scope of safety and control. Therefore, he suggested to update and improve relevant national policies such as the regulations on investment management of automobile industry, strengthen the control of investment access policies of automobile industry, strengthen the safety review of foreign-related investment projects (production capacity), and prevent blind distribution and repeated construction investment.
At the same time, it is suggested to strengthen the supervision of financial tax and other preferential conditions of foreign-funded vehicle enterprises by local governments, so as to avoid repeated preferential policies for foreign investment in the game between local governments; It is suggested to guide local government policies and foreign parties to support the electric transformation of existing joint ventures.
