First, on the market side, optimize the subsidy policies for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery and improve the payment methods of subsidies. We should reduce subsidies for low-end agricultural machinery and increase subsidies for advanced agricultural machinery such as intelligent agricultural machinery, large combine harvesters and power shift tractors. Second, at the manufacturing end, vigorously support the enterprise’s high-end agricultural machinery R & D. From project approval, trial production, trial sale to batch listing, relevant support policies and guidance should be provided to enhance the enterprise’s R & D power. Third, in the top-level design, integrate the integrated development of agricultural machinery and agriculture into the overall strategy of Rural Revitalization.
