In order to meet the capital needs of project construction of subsidiaries, through friendly negotiation between the company and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.Limited(300750) , both parties decided to jointly increase the capital of Qujing lintie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qujing lintie”). The specific capital increase of both parties is: the company contributes 540 million yuan and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.Limited(300750) 360 million yuan. Before the capital increase, the registered capital of Qujing lintie was 22 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Qujing lintie was 1 million yuan. Before and after this capital increase, the proportion of equity held by the company and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.Limited(300750) in Qujing lintie has not changed. The company said that Qujing lintie will invest the capital increase of the shareholders in its wholly-owned subsidiary Yibin Defang times Technology Co., Ltd. as the construction fund of Yibin project. The capital increase will help to promote the project construction of the subsidiary.
