The China Wine Association said that the move was to fill the vacancy of Baijiu liquor category standards under the new national standard of beverage and wine terms, and promote the orderly development of the large, high yield and rich varieties of liquor.
The qualifications of drafting units and drafters include four aspects: first, they are engaged in technology research and development, product manufacturing, raw and auxiliary material supply, inspection and testing, scientific research and teaching and other related fields related to wine preparation; Second, the applicant has production technology or research experience in flavoring and flavoring of beverage wine; Third, the applicant’s unit has a certain level of manufacturing or scientific research and attaches importance to standardization; Fourth, it is willing to undertake the financial, technical and human support required for standardization.
