CRRC Songyuan new energy industry base project, with a total investment of 45 billion yuan, started construction on the 28th. Songyuan is one of the main areas of the “land scenery Three Gorges” project launched by Jilin Province. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the local government plans to increase the installed capacity of wind power by 11 million KW and photovoltaic power generation by 5 million KW.

Wu Shuliang, deputy general manager of Shandong CRRC Wind Power Co., Ltd., introduced that the wind power industry is highly connected with the high-speed railway industry, and key parts such as frequency converter and gearbox are widely used.
It is reported that during the construction of the project, the roof of the plant will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, and wind turbines will be installed around the plant, which will effectively alleviate the problem of excessive power load of the State Grid, and will truly establish a model of new energy application.
Wu Shuliang said that relying on the vast natural “wind farm” in Jilin Province, the project will also attract upstream and downstream enterprises to form a wind power industry cluster. In the future, industries such as hydrogen production and ammonia production will be explored.

On the day of the launch of CRRC Songyuan project, the spring project in Jilin Province was intensively started. Since this year, 775 projects have been started in the province, with a total investment of more than 420 billion yuan.
