strengthen the control of industrial sewage pollution. in March 2021, a major investigation and rectification action on industrial sewage pollution was carried out in the city, focusing on the construction of sewage pipe network in the Development Zone, sewage treatment operation, emergency capacity construction of sewage treatment plant facilities, online monitoring operation and management, and a total of 33 industrial sewage pollution problems were found. At present, all 33 problems have been rectified.
strengthen river basin water environment supervision. in the Xiaojiang River Basin, the Xiaojiang River mouth section is measured once a day. Cross sampling and cross laboratory analysis are carried out in Fengcheng, Zhangshu and Gao’an, and the water environment situation of the Xiaojiang River Basin is mastered in time. It has repeatedly carried out the investigation of pollution sources of Xiaojiang River, urged Zhangshu City to strengthen the management and control of aquaculture wastewater, supervised the construction progress of Quangang electric drainage station, guided Bajing town of Gao’an city to comprehensively rectify the oxidation pond, and urged Fengzhang Gaosan to further improve the environmental protection infrastructure in combination with the river patrol and the investigation of the Municipal People’s Congress. For the Jinjiang River Basin, Yichun issued the Yichun Jinjiang River Basin cross law enforcement inspection plan. At the end of October, four cross law enforcement inspection teams were set up by Gao’an, Shanggao, Yifeng and Wanzai ecological environment bureaus to conduct cross law enforcement inspection on 21 sewage discharge units involved in the Wanzai and Shanggao sections of Jinjiang River, such as sewage outlets, urban and Industrial Park sewage treatment plants. In the main stream of Ganjiang River, Yichun City and Nanchang city carried out two joint inspections of Ganjiang River Basin, supervised the problems found in the joint inspection, orderly promoted the joint prevention and control of environmental emergencies and pollution sources in the basin, and effectively guaranteed the water environment quality of the section of Ganjiang River.

Yichun Ecological Environment Bureau, together with five departments including Yuanzhou district government, municipal water resources bureau, municipal comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau, Ganjiang lower reaches hydrological and water resources monitoring center and Jiangxi Yichun ecological environment monitoring center, has established a joint prevention and control work liaison group for drinking water source water bloom in the central urban area of Yichun (Yuanhe River), and has reserved 140 million cubic meters of storage capacity of four large and medium-sized reservoirs, Ecological water replenishment is implemented at any time, which effectively ensures the quality of drinking water sources in the central urban area. At the same time, we have actively promoted the delimitation of the scope of the city’s reserve water source protection areas, and 20 centralized drinking water sources at or above the county level have been approved by the provincial government.

To this end, Yichun Ecological Environment Bureau has made positive efforts to reduce the financial pressure of Yichun city. In 2021, a total of 97.71 million yuan of superior funds were won, including 17 million yuan of provincial pollution prevention and control “award instead of subsidy”, 1.89 million yuan of provincial water pollution prevention and control funds and 78.82 million yuan of central water pollution prevention and control funds; And strive to allocate 68.847 million central water pollution prevention and control funds in advance by 2022.
