Recently, surging news reporters learned from Anta that Ding Shizhong, deputy to the National People’s Congress and chairman and CEO of Anta Group, submitted a number of suggestions, including the development of independent brands of ice and snow sports, the establishment of “double reduction” supporting service system, and the organization of pilot projects for sustainable consumption.
The Beijing Winter Olympics has driven the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in ice and snow sports, but there are still uncertain factors for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s ice and snow sports in the future. It is worth paying attention to whether the relevant support strategic planning can be effectively promoted and whether the support policies for ice and snow sports in schools, communities and other places can be continued.
Ding Shizhong suggested that first of all, we should ensure the continuity of policies supporting the development of ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry. At the same time, industry, University and research should jointly tackle the research and development of ice and snow science and technology.
The ice and snow sports equipment industry has great potential and the Chinese market is in a period of historical opportunity. Ding Shizhong suggested that we should vigorously promote the construction of independent brands of ice and snow sports equipment and encourage cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In addition, supporting policies should be issued to support the ice and snow sports equipment industry cluster and national policy regulations should be issued to protect the rights and interests of all aspects of the ice and snow industry.
In recent years, the separation of physical education and education has attracted more and more attention, but there are still some problems in understanding and methods in the implementation of policies such as “integration of physical education” and “double reduction”.
“Whether the ‘double reduction’ policy can be implemented well depends on whether the after-school service resources are systematic, appropriate, scientific and novel. To a large extent, the quality of sports after-school service depends on the quality and quantity of the resource system.” Ding Shizhong said that a set of after-school physical education service resource system should be established according to the development law and sports needs of students in different stages.
Ding Shizhong suggested that we should establish an integrated physical education curriculum system, a national standard system for students’ sports ability, a physical education after-school service resource system based on “double reduction” and a student sports competition system based on school enterprise linkage of “physical education coordination”.
“Sustainable consumption” is a new consumption concept, which refers to people’s consumption behavior of implementing the concept of green and low carbon in the process of consumption. However, people have not yet reached a consensus on the concept of sustainable consumption, and problems such as the difficulty of obtaining consumers’ response to sustainable products and services still exist, which hinder the sustainable economic development.
Ding Shizhong pointed out in the proposal on promoting social sustainable development with “sustainable consumption”, that it is necessary to establish laws, regulations and policy measures related to sustainable consumption, and make full use of financial, tax and other means to support market manufacturing and sales of green and low-carbon development. At the same time, Ding Shizhong suggested that efforts should be made from the supply side to improve the supply of sustainable products and services, and promote the construction of a full life-cycle green supply chain covering the upstream, middle and downstream entities and all links of production, supply and marketing. In addition, Ding Shizhong believes that the government should take the lead to organize and promote the pilot construction of sustainable consumption.
