In 2021, Shanghai Wanye Enterprises Co.Ltd(600641) joined hands with Dr. Zhang Rujing to establish Jiaxin Semiconductor Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and settled in Xitang Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province. With a land area of 109 Mu and a total investment of 2 billion yuan, the project covers a variety of IC core front track equipment such as etching machine, film deposition, rapid heat treatment and annealing, cleaning machine and so on. In the future, a complete range of equipment R & D and manufacturing bases will be formed, which can meet the needs of the Chinese market for 8-inch and 12 inch equipment.
At the site of Jiaxin semiconductor project, Huayuan and his party learned about the project construction progress and product research and development. Huayuan pointed out that the project fully adheres to the combination of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development, which is in line with the development orientation of the demonstration area. It is necessary to continue to strengthen the cooperation between the two districts and one county, speed up the project construction and highlight scientific and technological innovation. With the increasing demand for integrated circuit manufacturing in China, the types of domestic integrated circuit manufacturing equipment will continue to increase, the performance will continue to improve, and the market share will also increase significantly.
It is reported that the survey focused on 76 key tasks of Jiashan in 2022, promoted the accelerated implementation of key tasks, the accelerated construction of key projects and the accelerated preparation of major activities, and worked hard to write the “high score answer sheet” for the construction of the demonstration area in the third year.
