From 2022, the national overall planning system of basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees will be implemented, and the national overall planning and adjustment will be implemented to enhance the sustainability of the basic endowment insurance system by establishing the central unified management mechanism of basic elements of endowment insurance, the long-term mechanism of local financial supplementary endowment insurance fund investment, work assessment mechanism, etc. Compared with the central adjustment system in 2021, the adjustment scale has increased, the number of provinces in Shanghai has expanded to 21, the burden is more balanced and reasonable, and all the fund gaps in the current period have been solved.
