On March 4, the state Internet Information Office issued the announcement on publishing the seventh batch of domestic blockchain information service filing numbers (hereinafter referred to as the announcement). The seventh batch has 265 domestic blockchain information service names and filing numbers.

Since the formal implementation of the regulations on the administration of blockchain information services on February 15, 2019, the state Internet Information Office has published six batches of domestic blockchain information service names and filing numbers on March 30, 2019, October 18, 2019, April 24, 2020, October 30, 2020, June 18, 2021 and November 19, 2021 respectively. As of March 4, 2022, a total of 1705 domestic blockchain information service names and filing numbers have been published.

In terms of geographical distribution, in the seventh batch of domestic blockchain information service filing list, 67 projects in Beijing were shortlisted, far ahead, 39 in Guangdong and 31 in Jiangsu. It is worth noting that 20 projects in Yunnan have been shortlisted for filing, becoming the fifth province shortlisted for more than one project this time.

The reporter of blockchain daily noted that five enterprises were shortlisted in the announcement of the fourth batch of domestic blockchain information service filing issued by the national network information office on October 30, 2020, realizing the "zero" breakthrough of Yunnan Province in the national blockchain information service filing system. So far, 56 projects in the province have been successfully shortlisted.

In May 2021, the development and Reform Commission of Yunnan Province formulated the detailed rules for the implementation of several measures to support the development of blockchain industry in Yunnan Province (Trial), which defined the operation path for the development of blockchain industry and supported the application of blockchain technology in the fields of data sharing, social credit, electronic license, copyright protection, judicial deposit, financial bill, electronic invoice and so on.

Among the filing lists selected this time, only Tencent, a major Internet manufacturer, has five projects shortlisted for filing, namely Zhixin digital cultural and creative chain, Tencent cloud digital link data sharing and privacy computing platform, Tencent cloud distributed identity platform, Tencent blockchain Intelligent Computing Center and Tencent security leading blockchain central service platform - providing blockchain construction, deployment Management services.

According to the requirements of the regulations on the administration of blockchain information services, blockchain information service providers shall indicate their filing number in prominent places such as Internet websites and applications that provide services to the outside world. The filing is only the registration of the information services related to the main blockchain, and does not represent the recognition of its institutions, products and services.
