According to the agreement, the company will move its registered address to Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, specifically implement the technical integration and EPC general contracting business of new energy power generation projects by the legal entity in the cities under the jurisdiction of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, and leave all taxes locally. The company also plans to invest in the construction of a number of “solar thermal + photovoltaic + wind power” and “photovoltaic + energy storage” new energy power generation bases in the cities under the jurisdiction of Jiuquan City, with a total installed capacity of 5 million KW and an annual average of no less than 1 million KW.
