Industrial revitalization is an important part of Rural Revitalization. The reporter learned from Ningbo counterpart support and Regional Cooperation Bureau that taking a new round of counterpart cooperation between the East and the West as the bridge, Ningbo and Liangshan Prefecture reached 51 industrial cooperation projects, with a total investment of 10.58 billion yuan, an actual capital of 3.806 billion yuan and 11000 labor force employment.
The relevant person in charge of Ningbo counterpart support and Regional Cooperation Bureau said that since the new round of counterpart cooperation between the East and the west, Ningbo has focused on the people out of poverty. According to the local industrial characteristics and development strategy of Liangshan Prefecture, Ningbo has made efforts to promote the mode of “Ningbo headquarters + Liangshan base” according to local conditions, guide enterprises outside Ningbo and Ningbo to invest in Liangshan and promote the upgrading of Liangshan industry. The 51 industrial cooperation projects reached between the two places mainly involve agricultural breeding, Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) deep processing, labor-intensive processing and manufacturing, culture and tourism industry and other fields.
From investigation to landing in Liangshan, a number of industrial projects have created “Ningbo speed”. In mid June this year, the first industrial cooperation project between Ningbo and Liangshan, Zhejiang rice season food (Yuexi) trade and Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) deep processing project, was settled in Yuexi. “It took only one week for the project to settle down. It is planned to invest 15 million yuan. It is estimated that the output value in the first year is 50 million yuan and the output value in the five years is more than 200 million yuan.” Chen Wei, the project leader, said that the project will adopt FD Aerospace freeze-drying technology to build an integrated industrial chain of production and marketing based on the rich resources of special agricultural products in Yuexi County and its surrounding areas. From investigation to landing, the Zhongcui edible fungus Industrial Park project with a total investment of 26 million yuan was settled in Meigu, Liangshan in only 18 days.
As a major manufacturing city, Ningbo gives full play to its industrial advantages to boost Liangshan’s economic transformation and upgrading. In September this year, Ningbo enterprises signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture to increase assistance to Meigu and drive more people to increase employment and income. Ningbo garment company signed an agreement with Ganluo county government of Liangshan Prefecture to invest in the construction of the first garment factory in Ganluo. It plans to invest 20 million yuan in phase I to produce all kinds of school uniforms, work clothes and characteristic Yi costumes.
Industrial cooperation should pay equal attention to “blood transfusion” and “hematopoiesis”. Ningbo Xiangshan County has used the citrus planting technology of famous and high-quality varieties such as red beauty and xiangshanqing to help improve the quality and efficiency of Leibo navel orange industry in Liangshan Prefecture. Yinzhou District of Ningbo, together with Yanyuan County of Liangshan Prefecture, focuses on building an “Apple economy”, raising Zhedong white geese under apple trees, which is expected to increase farmers’ income by more than 2000 yuan per mu. At the same time, it provides technical support and development guidance for apple wine making and the conversion of waste planting residues such as apple residue into biological feed, so as to maximize the benefits of apple industry.
“Blueberry garden”, “Chinese herbal medicine base” and “pepper processing plant”… Since the beginning of this year, Ningbo has made precise policies and built an industrial park with Liangshan Prefecture to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. At present, 23 industrial parks have been built and 21 enterprises have been guided to settle in the park, including 18 agricultural industrial parks. For example, the total investment of Liangshan cibu plateau blueberry high standard planting demonstration park is 110 million yuan, and the cooperation funds from the East and West are more than 20 million yuan. After the fruit is put into operation in 2023, the output per mu can reach 1500 kg, the annual operating income is 150 million yuan, and the average dividend of farmers is expected to exceed 2000 yuan.
