With the establishment of Fengtai District communication construction management office, the construction of 5g infrastructure in Fengtai District will also advance steadily. Fengtai District Bureau of science and information technology will work with the District communications management office to formulate and improve the work plan for 5g infrastructure construction in Fengtai District of Beijing in 2022 and standardize the work flow of 5g infrastructure construction in Fengtai District. Meanwhile, Fengtai District plans to carry out a one-year "341" 5g network attack from January next year to strengthen 5g infrastructure construction in key areas. It is understood that "341" refers to the key areas of "three districts", "four rings" and "100 points", and "three districts" refers to the three key functional areas of Lize financial business district, Beijing Yuanbo digital economy industrial park and capital business new area; "Fourth Ring Road" refers to the key sections involving Fengtai in the four important ring roads of the second, third, fourth and fifth rings; "100 points" refers to the 5g base stations in 122 key areas preliminarily selected by Fengtai, promote the transformation of the focus of 5g network construction from "wide coverage" to "accurate coverage", and strive to achieve the task goal of 5g network signal coverage in key areas by the end of next year.
At the same time, Fengtai District will also enrich application scenarios and explore a new innovative development model of 5g + smart Fengtai. Encourage operators and enterprises to carry out 5g application pilot in Fengtai District, coordinate and provide logistics support for the pilot work, and create a good 5g application environment. Accelerate the digital, networked and intelligent transformation and upgrading of Fengtai District's economy and society, optimize the construction and development environment of communication infrastructure, promote the effective implementation of relevant policies and standards, and promote the high-quality development of Fengtai's digital economy and information and communication industry.
