Recently, the official website of Shanghai Municipal Commission of commerce is publicizing 48 Enterprises to be identified as trade-oriented headquarters and 114 enterprises to be identified as private enterprise headquarters. The publicity date is as of December 28.
As of November this year, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, together with relevant units, has identified four batches of 185 trade headquarters and three batches of 274 private enterprise headquarters. Among the enterprises to be identified, the number of state-owned, foreign-funded and private enterprises is 19, 6 and 24 respectively, and the proportion of private enterprises reaches 50%, an increase of nearly 20 percentage points compared with the 30.3% proportion of private enterprises in the previously identified trade headquarters.
According to the industry classification , China has 30 wholesale and retail, 4 international goods trade, 7 logistics warehousing or international service trade and 7 platform transactions, accounting for 62%, 8%, 15% and 15% respectively.
From the perspective of scale level , the operating revenue of 48 enterprises reached 916.4 billion yuan last year, including 619.2 billion yuan of wholesale and retail in China; 219.9 billion yuan of international trade in goods; Logistics warehousing or international service trade reached 77.4 billion yuan, accounting for 68%, 24% and 8% respectively. In addition, the turnover of platform transactions reached 273.4 billion yuan. There are two enterprises with operating revenue (transaction volume) of more than 100 billion yuan, namely Shanghai Samsung Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (151.1 billion yuan) and Shanghai gangyin e-commerce Co., Ltd. (164.4 billion yuan). There are 36 enterprises with operating revenue of more than 10 billion yuan, and enterprises with energy level of more than 10 billion yuan account for 79% of the enterprises to be recognized this time.
From the perspective of regional distribution , the trade headquarters enterprises to be identified this time cover 15 districts of Shanghai except Jinshan, including 18 in Pudong, ranking first; Putuo 4, Jing’an, Xuhui, Yangpu and Minhang 3, ranking second to sixth respectively.
After the recognition this year, the total number of trade-oriented headquarters recognized in Shanghai will reach 233. Among them, there are 88 in Pudong, accounting for 37.8% of the total, 17 in Changning and 16 in Huangpu, accounting for 7.3% and 6.9% of the total respectively, ranking second and third.
