Recently, Guangzhou Institute of Applied Science and technology was listed in the first batch of construction units of "school enterprise collaborative employment, entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration practice base" by the Ministry of industry and information technology, and was approved to take "smart sports" as the construction direction of the base.
It is understood that the Ministry of industry and information technology focuses on national strategic emerging industries, creates "one space, two think tanks, three centers and four special projects" in 100 industries and small and medium-sized enterprise gathering areas, forms a specialized, special and new-type industry education integration development pattern of "one city, one industry and one college", and organizes the creation of "school enterprise collaborative employment, entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration practice base". More than 400 colleges and universities across the country participated in the application. Under the selection requirements of non duplication of industries and projects in each city, 100 construction bases were finally selected. The project of Guangzhou Institute of Applied Science and technology was approved to be listed among them, and relevant project construction will be carried out in Zhaoqing.
The school has jointly applied with Beijing Chenxing venture capital technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Wanxue Chuangshi Education Technology Co., Ltd., relying on the industry university cooperation project of the Ministry of education, to ensure that necessary school enterprise cooperation construction funds, operation sites, equipment and facilities are provided for the base construction, and can provide industrial experts and horizontal subject resources for the school.
The person in charge of the school said that the school has been approved as the "demonstration practice base for school enterprise collaborative employment, entrepreneurship and innovation", which will closely connect with the industrial clusters in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, optimize the professional structure, layout and build professional clusters, promote the cross-border intersection of disciplines and disciplines, build a development platform for the integration of industry and education and science and education, improve the efficiency of resource utilization and improve the ability and level of serving economic and social development.
