The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the operation, construction and development of mora port and other projects.

On the basis of building and operating Mora port and mora fishing port projects, the two sides will actively promote the opening of routes between the two places and expand cooperation in photovoltaic, cultural tourism and other projects, Serve Brunei’s economic development.
Brunei Mora port is located at the inlet of Brunei Bay on the northeast coast of Brunei. It is the largest and only deep-water port in Brunei and the main channel for Brunei to carry out international trade. Under the framework of Brunei Guangxi economic corridor, in 2017 Beibu Gulf Port Co.Ltd(000582) group jointly established Mora Port Co., Ltd. in Brunei to be responsible for the operation and management of mora port container terminal and bulk cargo terminal. The operation efficiency of container terminal ranked first in East Malaysia, and the regional competitiveness of mora port was rapidly improved.
On January 18, 2021, Mora port company officially completed the takeover of the fishery wharf. On February 16, Mora International Fishing Port Co., Ltd. (mifl), a wholly-owned subsidiary of mora port, was officially established. After taking over, the operation team implements a 7-day and 24-hour management system for the fishing port according to the wharf management SOP (standard operating procedures); Orderly carry out foreign investment promotion, and form a communication mechanism of weekly communication and quarterly report with the Ministry of fisheries; Actively coordinate the relocation of remaining tenants; Promote the implementation of fuel subsidy policies in the park. At present, the construction of fishing port wharf ice making plant, the reconstruction of hydropower and roads in the park, the expansion of Z wharf, the renovation design of Y wharf and the construction of new cold storage are being carried out in an orderly manner.
In July 2021, the preliminary project of mora port terminal expansion project was launched. It is planned to build a new 250 meter long and 50000 ton container berth on the south side of the existing container terminal. The new storage yard behind the terminal covers an area of about 180000 square meters, and the estimated investment is about 1.088 billion yuan. At present, site surface clearing, mine clearance, geological exploration and survey, feasibility study and bidding for container terminal expansion have been carried out.
In 2021, the production and operation activities of mora port continued under the influence of the epidemic. From January to November, the cargo throughput was 1213200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.59%, of which the container throughput was 102900 TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 7.59%. The main development plan of the port area and the wharf upgrading and reconstruction project were carried out in an orderly manner.
