According to Liao Wei, chief geologist of Hutubi gas storage, this is the effect brought by Xinjiang Oilfield to realize the efficient utilization of 10 billion cubic meters of gas storage capacity, continuously improve the emergency peak shaving capacity, and accelerate the construction of adjustment project (phase II).
Hutubi gas storage is the first large-scale gas storage in the online tour of West to east gas pipeline, which undertakes the dual functions of seasonal peak shaving in Northern Xinjiang, seasonal peak shaving of West to east gas pipeline network system and accident emergency.
As early as March this year, Hutubi gas storage began to do a good job in natural gas reserve this winter and next spring.
