On December 24, China Merchants Property Operation & Service Co.Ltd(001914) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Merchants Property Operation & Service Co.Ltd(001914) “) announced that it would acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Aviation Industry Group Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai aviation property”) transferred by Shanghai Airlines Group for 53.62 million yuan.
It is reported that Shanghai Airlines property was established on June 6, 1997, and Shanghai Airlines Group holds 100% shares of Shanghai Airlines property. As a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of COMAC group, Shanghai Airlines property mainly provides property management services for COMAC group and its member enterprises. Shanghai Airlines property management projects are mainly distributed in Shanghai, with a management area of about 2.22 million square meters. The service content covers two parts: conventional service and extended service. Among them, conventional services mainly include concierge, engineering, cleaning, security, greening, pest control, explanation services and comprehensive support of various activities. Extended services mainly include dormitory management, off-board operation, special cleaning, asset management, administrative services, etc.
