Today, Central China Securities Co.Ltd(601375) (601375. SH) announced that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report submitted by director Wang Lixin today. Wang Lixin is a director nominated by the company’s shareholder Bohai Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bohai company”). Due to the continuous reduction of the proportion of shares held by Bohai company and personal work arrangements, Wang Lixin applied for resignation from the seventh board of directors and all other positions of the company.
According to the articles of association, Wang Lixin’s resignation will not cause the number of directors of the company to be lower than the quorum, and his resignation report will take effect from the time it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. Wang Lixin confirmed that he had no differences of opinion with the board of directors of the company and had no other matters to be submitted to the shareholders of the company. The board of directors of the company will nominate new director candidates as soon as possible and submit them to the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
