Haixin Foods Co.Ltd(002702) pointed out that since 2021, the company has faced multiple pressures such as the adjustment of external consumption environment, fierce industry competition and the rise of upstream costs, resulting in a sharp decline in operating performance in the first three quarters. In order to show the determination to spend the crisis with the company and boost the confidence of all employees of the company, Haixin Foods Co.Ltd(002702) general manager Teng Yongyan, chief financial officer Zheng Shunhui and deputy general manager and Secretary of the board of directors Zhang Yingjuan voluntarily proposed to reduce the salary in 2022.
According to the company’s salary management plan, the annual salary of senior managers is divided into monthly salary and year-end bonus including performance award and profit award. Based on the salary plan in 2021, Teng Yongyan’s salary will be reduced by 52%, Zheng Shunhui’s salary will be reduced by 19%, and Zhang Yingjuan’s salary will be reduced by 11%. The announcement shows that since 2022, Teng Yongyan’s total monthly salary is 420000 yuan, the performance achievement award is 90000 yuan and the profit achievement award is 90000 yuan; Zheng Shunhui’s total monthly salary is 610000 yuan, performance achievement award is 120000 yuan and profit achievement award is 170000 yuan; Zhang Yingjuan’s total monthly salary is 360000 yuan, performance achievement award is 70000 yuan and profit achievement award is 70000 yuan. In addition, the directors and supervisors of the company will adjust their remuneration in 2022 with reference to the remuneration scheme for senior managers.
On December 24, Haixin Foods Co.Ltd(002702) the staff of the Securities Department told the Beijing news that whether the salary of ordinary employees will be adjusted will not be known until the end of the year.
