On December 24, the board of directors of the company approved the establishment of a joint venture company jointly by MCC construction engineering, a subsidiary of the company, Minmetals securities and Guiyang property control public housing. According to the investment agreement, MCC construction engineering will contribute RMB 57.4974 million to the joint venture company in monetary funds, accounting for 10% of the total capital of the joint venture company.
