He said that in order to promote central enterprises to actively and better perform their responsibilities in the process of “going global”, study and explore effective ways to perform their responsibilities overseas, and strengthen mutual exchanges, the SASAC of the State Council has continued to carry out annual research on the overseas social responsibility of central enterprises since 2018, continuously compiled and issued blue books to sort out and record the vivid practice of central enterprises in performing their responsibilities overseas, Analysis of problems, research and development direction. The release of the blue book has played a positive role in promoting the overseas operation of central enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities.
It is reported that the blue book on overseas social responsibility of central enterprises (2021) released at this event is the fourth blue book on overseas social responsibility of central enterprises. One belt, one road, China’s Central Committee, is responsible for the new development responsibilities of the central enterprises in the new pattern of high-level opening up. It fully displays the central enterprises’ responsibility practices in deepening the infrastructure construction, industry, trade, technology innovation and public health and other countries, and includes China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation(600028) ‘s “China story” written by “one belt and one road” with responsibility. China Southern Power Grid China one belt, one road power company, aims to help China and Cambodia to have a common destiny. The Chinese southern power company “builds up the overseas image of the central enterprises” to build up a “one belt and one road” construction. The Three Gorges group of China is responsible for the overseas social responsibility of the enterprises.
