Appeal to the majority of passengers to travel off peak during the new year’s day and Spring Festival to reduce going to places with dense traffic.
Liu Pengfei said that the Ministry of transport will mainly carry out relevant work in the following aspects:
First, further strengthen the deployment arrangements for key periods. Recently, the Ministry of transport has made arrangements for coordinating the epidemic prevention and control and transportation service guarantee in key periods such as new year’s day and Spring Festival in 2022, Beijing Winter Olympic Games and winter Paralympic Games, requiring all localities to comprehensively study and judge the characteristics of passenger flow, refine transportation organization plans, strengthen the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures, and make every effort to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and transportation service guarantee in key periods.
Second, further do a good job in “foreign defense input” and resolutely guard the door of the country. We will continue to adhere to the principle of “stop passenger and stop freight” at highway and water ports. Strengthen “human” prevention and urge relevant enterprises to focus on epidemic prevention and control of personnel in high-risk posts at ports. At present, the high-risk personnel in the transportation industry of foreign trade ports have achieved centralized residence, closed management, high-frequency nucleic acid detection, daily health monitoring, Tianjin Port Co.Ltd(600717) and other ports have also built and operated the personnel management information system for high-risk posts, so as to master the information of personnel check-in, work, going out and abnormal temperature in real time, so as to improve the level of fine management. Strengthen “material” prevention, urge relevant enterprises to strengthen the disinfection of key contact parts of transportation tools and stations, domestic waste containers, etc., and highlight the epidemic prevention and control of imported cold chain food logistics. At the same time, strengthen front-line guidance and maintain the stability and smoothness of the international logistics supply chain.
Third, further do a good job in “internal anti rebound”. Guide local transportation departments to scientifically and accurately implement normalized prevention and control measures, and coordinate normalized prevention and control and local epidemic emergency disposal. Strengthen the research and judgment of passenger travel trend and transportation capacity organization in key periods, close the connection between production and transportation supply and demand, and make every effort to transport key materials such as grain, coal, natural gas and vaccine. At the same time, guide epidemic affected areas to do a good job in the transportation service guarantee of emergency materials and livelihood materials.
