Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) on December 23, the announcement on the introduction of strategic investors and the completion of share delivery of Jinke service was issued. The announcement shows that in order to implement the high-quality development strategy of “four in one and ecological coordination” and further expand and strengthen the intelligent service business, the company introduces strategic investors for Jinke service, a holding subsidiary. The company transferred 22% h fully tradable shares of Jinke service to broad Gongga under Boyu investment, and signed the share transfer agreement with broad Gongga on December 15, 2021. After the completion of this share transfer, the company will continue to hold 30.33% of the shares of Jinke service, and the company remains the largest shareholder and controlling shareholder of Jinke service.
Up to now, the company has transferred 144 million fully outstanding H shares of Jinke services (accounting for about 22% of the total share capital of Jinke services) to the transferee Brown Gongga, and the relevant share delivery procedures have been completed. At the same time, the company has also received a full share transfer price of HK $3.728 billion (deducting transaction fees and relevant taxes).
