The counterparty, Ning Bo cultural tourism investment, is a state-owned enterprise subordinate to Ningbo Municipal People’s government, and Ningbo state owned Assets Management Commission indirectly holds 100% equity. It is estimated that the proportion of Cre8 Direct (Ningbo) Co.Ltd(300703) equity indirectly involved in this transfer is 28% – 29%, which will lead to the change of the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company.
