Hunan Corun New Energy Co.Ltd(600478) announced on December 23 that CHS, the holding subsidiary of the company, plans to transfer the patent rights of 15 patented technologies it holds to Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited(000625) at the price of 85.492 million yuan, including 10 battery pack technologies, 4 vehicle control technologies and 1 gearbox technology.
