On December 22, Zhongtai Securities Co.Ltd(600918) announced that it had recently received a written resignation report from Huang Yonggang, deputy general manager of the company. Huang Yonggang applied to resign as deputy general manager of the company for personal reasons. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association, the above resignation shall take effect from the date when the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors. Huang Yonggang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors of the company. After resigning as deputy general manager, Huang Yonggang still served as director of the Financial Market Committee of the company.
