On December 20, China International Chamber of Commerce, Jiangxi Provincial People’s government and Jiangxi Council for the promotion of international trade (CCPIT) held the 2021 round table of multinational corporation dialogue in Beijing. Yin Meigen, deputy secretary of the Party group and vice governor of Jiangxi provincial government, and Zhang Shaogang, vice president of China Council for the promotion of international trade, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
In his speech, Zhang Shaogang said that CCPIT and China International Chamber of Commerce will adapt to the needs of the new development stage, give better play to their advantages of wide channels, multiple platforms and tight contact with enterprises, build a “magpie bridge” for dialogue and exchange, project docking and industrial cooperation between government and enterprises, provide all-round services, and build a “magpie bridge” with China’s great cycle as the main body China will achieve greater achievements in the new development pattern of international double cycle and mutual promotion.
Yin Meigen pointed out that today’s Jiangxi has not only the speed of development, the depth of industry and the width of opening up, but also the heat of innovation and the temperature of emotion. It has become a blessed place for industry, development and investment with unlimited business opportunities. She hopes that the participating entrepreneurs and guests of the business association will go and have a look in Jiangxi, investigate projects on the spot and seek cooperative development. He stressed that Jiangxi is striving to build a business environment brand of “Jiangxi does not ask for people, Jiangxi does things according to laws and regulations, Jiangxi does things conveniently and efficiently, and Jiangxi does things warm and refreshing”, so as to make entrepreneurs develop smoothly and make their career long in Jiangxi.
The meeting released the report on business environment index of Jiangxi in 2021. The survey results show that the scores of various indicators of business environment in Jiangxi Province in 2021 are higher than the average level of the whole country and the central region, and the overall evaluation is “excellent”. More than 90% of enterprises are satisfied with the business environment in Jiangxi Province.
The meeting also held a project signing ceremony. After full docking and negotiation in the early stage, the meeting reached 10 signed cooperation projects with a signed amount of 10.915 billion yuan.
Heads of business associations and trade promotion agencies from the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries, as well as more than 50 representatives of multinational corporations attended the meeting.
