The reporter learned from China Railway Construction Corporation Limited(601186) that on the 22nd, the "Zhenxing" shield machine with a localization rate of 87% was offline in Changsha, Hunan. This is the first time that China has used a super large diameter shield machine with a main drive motor of more than 13 meters independently developed.
The shield machine has a diameter of 15.01 meters, a length of about 147 meters and a total weight of about 4400 tons. It is designed and developed by China Railway 15th bureau group and other units and will be used for the construction of Zhuhai Hengqin Fuzhou tunnel project. The whole line of the tunnel passes through the super soft soil layer. Shield tunneling needs to overcome a number of technical problems, with great construction difficulty and high technical content.
Huang Changfu, chairman of China Railway 15th bureau group, said that the "Zhenxing" shield machine has realized the independent development of a number of core components such as high-power main drive motor, high pressure and long-life main drive seal, and all the electrical control system, high-precision gas-liquid automatic balance system and advanced geological detection system have been localized.
