On December 15, the reporter of the Beijing News learned that Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) plans to invest 130 million yuan to build a local animal nutrition biological feed research, production and marketing base project by signing an investment agreement with the people’s Government of Renhua county, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province.
According to the data, the animal nutrition biological feed research, production and marketing base project plans to build production and living facilities with an annual output of 300000 tons of animal nutrition biological feed production line, comprehensive office building, R & D center and other integration capabilities of research, production and marketing. The project will start construction within 5 months from the date of signing the state-owned construction land use right transfer contract or land lease contract, be completed and put into operation within 12 months from the commencement of construction, and pass the completion acceptance organized by relevant departments. Meanwhile, Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) will register a new company in Shaoguan with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) believes that the construction of the project is one of its measures to implement the feed industry development strategy and ensure sustainable development, which can further consolidate its competitiveness in the local feed market.
